A Feingold friend shared this link with me and it sounds like such an easy, quick way to make some homemade ice cream. I have an ice cream maker and love my homemade coconut milk ice cream. But, this is made using a blender or food processor and fresh fruit, using less refined sugar than my recipe. I am going to try it using a can of coconut milk and maybe I'll try it with rice milk too.
